Any theories on what Green Lantern was doing there? We know what Superman and Wonder Woman were up to, cause we see both of them fighting Dick at one point or another. GL however just stands there and has his ring (which is on the wrong hand) flash. Occam's Razor says he was probably fighting Dick too, but you never know.
shareI thought that maybe he is helping Robin. In the background on the rocks you can see Robin is laying unconscious. Green Lantern turns away from Robin and looks like he is about to fight someone off screen. In the scene just before we see Green lantern, Superman looks like he is getting up after being knocked down. He is bleeding from a wound above his right eye. My guess is Green Lantern is on Robins side and he is roughing up Superman.

Well, since Dick's apparently unconcious, and was clearly just fighting Clark on the beach there, it's easy to assume Hal intervened to simply stop the bloodshed, or help Dick get away. I don't see Hal simply following orders and stopping Dick from getting to the bottom of Bruce's apparent murder. I think he'd help him out.
Yes and don't forget there is a scene where Superman appreas to be dead with Wonder Woman crying over him.
shareActually Green lantern is helping Dick. You have to read the screenplay. It is very entertaining and would make a great movie. Dick Grayson aka Robin aka Nightwing has alway been 1 of my favorite comic book characters.
