So was I the only one who was annoyed by how the two girls were boy crazy bimbos getting excited over everything, giggling and jumping up and down and screaming like idiots throughout the entire movie?

I don't think 14-year olds can be "bimbos" so you have to learn what that word means. Second of all that is pretty much how young girls act. Good news; you never have to watch the movie again if you don't want to.

If there were any bimbos in this movie it would be Cecilia and her gang.

Yeah, uh no, they're definitely not bimbos. Just normal young girls, which is one of the things I love about this movie - the two leads are played by actresses who are actually really the age their characters are supposed to be. And they both do an extremely wonderful job at it.
