Rare character casting role for Sara Paxton?

It's nice to see Sara Paxton casted in a role where she is a good person and nice. Is this the only time this has ever happened? It seems like she always gets casted as the villain in her other film appearances.

She is talented and it was refreshing to see her play a positive person.

She takes over the role of Marnie in the last Halloweentown movie for Disney Channel. She plays a "good guy" in that movie.

Thanks for the tip!

In "Superhero Movie" she plays the good girl, the girl the hero (Drake Bell) ends up with.

Yeah, more like a brief cameo appearance, spoofing a good girl. But a great comedic casting opportunity at that.

Ehat about her old tv show, Darcys wild life.
shes good in that.

Looks so nasty in those kahkis...

I believe Sara Paxton was brought in to read for the part of Cecilia but she insisted on auditioning for Aquamarine because she is a huge mermaid lover. She seems to play a wide range of personalities as she was an Alpha Bitch in Sleepover and a shrinking violet type in The Last House On The Left

Thanks. I'll look up The Last House On The Left.

I viewed the trailer for The Last House On The Left. Ouch! Yes, she is very versatile.

I think you could classify her character in The Innkeeper as a "good guy" despite some annoying qualities

Last house on the left..

In Summerland, even though I hate what they did with her character, she's not a villain, just a teenager with some problems.

Not really rare, I don't think she plays predominantly villains, she's very versatile and has played a wide range of characters.

Thanks for your insight.
