I just caught the last 15-20 minutes of this on HBO. Not have any context or background in which to frame it, I thought this was a lesbian coming-of-age story. The whole, "I'm' not going in without you," thing and arms around each other... None of the guys loved anyone, but the girls all loved each other...
Did anyone else get this vibe??
