3D Blu-Ray release

Now I'm a bit iffy about the whole 3D thing; I think it should be solely at the cinema for special events. At the same time, holding Monster House 3D on Blu-Ray in my hands gives me tingles. I don't have a 3D TV or 3D Blu-Ray player - yet - let's see how it all goes down with the general consumer.

However, I was watching The Ant Bully on HD DVD, and thought "This movie would be sweet in 3D." and dreamt of when I have the millions I would get it rerendered in 3D. Turns out Warner Bros released this in Imax 3D concurrently with its standard release.

To cut a long story short - does anyone else want to see a Blu-Ray 3D release? There are so many shots that would look amazing in 3D. I hope Warner Bros hasn't forgotten this film, sure, it's no Pixar movie, but it's enjoyable, and add 3D to it and it would be great fun. Screw Cats and Dogs: Revenge of Kitty Galore and Clash of the Titans on 3D Blu-Ray, give me The Ant Bully for Christmas.
