Was that the shortest Oscar show in the last decade?

I can't ever remember seeing an Oscar show go so fast....not saying thats a bad things, I understand the Academy sees this need to hurry things along...
Anyways, can anybody remember when was the Oscars as short as this? In the last decade? Ever?
