is it available on dvd?

I am a big jake gyllenhaal fan and I missed the oscars thinking he wouldn't be there,so now i'm searching everywhere for repeats and I would really be thankful if someone could tell me if I can get it on dvd anywhere or if it's on tv at anytime.
