Robin Gibb episode: scare film

Just saw the Robin Gibb episode and was wondering what the black-and-white venereal diseases scare animation was. I posted my question on Twitter but until now no-one seems to know.

The opening screen mentions the British Social Hygiene Council. Here http://www.mobypicture.com/user/fakulta/view/10774948 and here http://www.mobypicture.com/user/fakulta/view/10774999 are stills.

Any clue?

I guess it's just an old public service announcement film-reel from what looks to be the 1930's or 40's. Since there was no TV then, I would guess they might have shown these before a movie? Or maybe shown these reels to troops and the navy during wartime?

These are only guesses. I think the British Social Hygiene Council probably morphed into something else, as I've never heard of it.

Various bodies and entities, government and otherwise, parks & recreation, etc, made informational film reels like these and they were shown in various places.

Someone outside IMDB knew and told me but I forgot to update my post. It's " The Road of Health" from 1938 and it's available on the DVD "The Joy of Sex Education". http://filmstore.bfi.org.uk/acatalog/info_11484.html

Thanks for your reply nevertheless.
