I believe it was the first episode where Geena Davis was moving around the aircraft carriers to try to save some girl in Africa who was going to be stoned to death for something. She brings in that nation's diplomat to the situation room where she and a general scares the crap out of him to release that girl or they will be attacked. The character played by actor Ato Essandoh, was named Manute Obama. Smooth move by the writers to figure out an African name. (Manute Bol: Former NBA Player) & (The newly elected Senator from Illinois at the time)
