It actually doesn't look like a scar/wound there it's positioned a bit far up the arm, and it looks more like it's a 3 word tattoo... I can't read it however...
Any thoughts? Anyone?

Yeah! I was thinking afterwards that it was probably a tattoo. Thanks for posting the screencap, it definitely looks like a tattoo now. It's odd though; it looks more reddish than black and I don't even know where to begin trying to read it, haha.
Ciaobaby, you're not hallucinating! :) I saw that too; it definitely didn't look like they were trying to hide it. But I don't know whether it was a character or an actor thing.
