Manga Ending (Spoilers)

Can anybody tell me what happens at the end of the Manga? I looked on Wikipedia, but it doesn't quite say. It only really mentions that the consequence for Ban using his eye four times in a day is that he disappears from this universe(Or something like that) and from everyone's memories.
