skipped most of the finale

Who won the at home prize? Colby made a smart decision at the end. since he knew wasn't going to win it all.

reply

Roberto was crowned the biggest loser. Colby was smart to take the fifty thousand"

reply

Roberto's twin brother, Louis, won the at home prize.

reply

The two most obnoxious people won. There's no way in hell Roberto weighed 188 pounds, he was definitely over 200. Stephen was robbed.

reply

I agree. I was hoping Stephen won and he did look thinner than Roberto who looked bigger than 188. I would say beginning 200's.

reply

Agreed....you can tell by looking who should have won and I am calling production interference.

I also found it interesting that 3 guys made the final.

This is the first time I have watched this show in years, interesting how things are put together but I think some of it is unrealistic. I think anyone that goes on there would drop weight like crazy because you are shut off from any distractions.

reply

What do you mean by production interference? Well given who were in the top 5 for the final weigh in and how much weigh the guys still had to lose I can see why it was 3 guys. Stephen still looked the best to me. Colby could have won it but you can tell he didn't stick to his routine at him.

reply

The scale can be rigged, it wouldn't be hard to do that and make it believable.

reply

Preposterous. After the quiz show scandal in the 60's these things are too closely watched. Rigging the scale would produce lawsuits and the guaranteed end of the show. For what? So Roberto wins instead of Stephen? Why?

reply

Exactly, these guys must not understand how weight works on top of that

-People sure do get angry if you don't like the same things they do

reply

Agreed Stephen was robbed.

reply

A guy that size can easily lose 10 lbs or more of water weight. I saw a guy cut more that amount in a couple hours for a sports weigh in. And guaranteed these people are severely dehydrating themselves before the weigh ins. They can be even more dangerous about it as they don't have to then go do anything athletic afterward.

And I think that scale is "fake" in that they weighed in sometime before, and this is just for show. Which would mean that the instant they are finished with the "real" weigh in, they go re-hydrate. If so, he could have been over 200. But Stephen was probably just as much heavier than his displayed weight too.

My sister &I watched the finale & we caught something. Just before the break Bob told him how much he'd have to lose in order to beat Stephen & his face fell like he'd probably weighed himself & already knew he didn't win. When they came back from break he looked like he knew he'd lost but was relieved it was about to be over. This is where it got fishy. While the scale beeped off different numbers we were confused when the scale stopped (cant remember exactly but it was either on 222, 212 or 230 something). It even made the beep the scale makes when it stops. But it quickly started back up & kept going as if it was trying to find a number. Roberto looked confused when he saw his weight loss & didn't even really react to winning. His IDENTICAL TWIN brother weighed 169. No way he was ONLY 19 pounds heavier than him & certainly didn't beat Stephen. Stack the brothers side by side & it's plain as day they're lying.
This whole season they kept showing those two annoying twins and last week I said why do they keep showing Roberto as if he's the most important or like he's already in the finals. I believe his brother won the at home b/c he looked too skinny but I don't believe for a second with how Stephen looked & how much of stomach he had that he won.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed Roberto look scared when they dropped the dividers and all 3 saw each other. He looked very scared. But Bob did say that Roberto was the biggest guy all season and not sure how much more he weighed initially than Stephen but I still say Stephen looked better and should have won. BTW Arora Lee Pace is mine and I am ready to do battle. You better Bring it ;).
