Aang knows Air, water, and is learning earth bending (if you watch the series), he would own Jake.

American Dragon is cool and all but... AVATAR:THE LAST AIRBENDER IS FREAKIN AMAZING!!!! I'M OBSESSED WITH THAT SHOW!!!! So yeah, Aang would definitely win, especially if you take into account that he always defeats a certain character with the same voice as Jake...

He killed thousands of people in the Avatar state. The only problem is that if he is killed in the Avatar state, the re-incarnation of the avatar will cease to exist, so Aang has to be extra careful. Yeah, Toph is my favourite character on Avatar. Actually, the avatar state is in the siege of the north trailer I have as my sig. When he kills all those people. Although I really like Jake, it'a Aang by 100 miles. I wonder how powerful he would be if he masted lightning? But the problem with Aang is that he can be REALLY STUPID sometimes, like in the guru, when he was mastering the avatar state, he had a vision that Katara was in trouble, and intstead of finishing it, he went to save her, which was A REALLY REALLY bad idea, because you know what happens avatar fans. And, if he had too, he would probably sacrifive himself for the sake of Katara if he needed too.

Actually, one of the people that Aang wasn't able to deafet was Azula, Zuko's sister.

And if you make Aang angry, get ready for a beating! Especially with Appa.

What episode did you watch? This post is really old though.

Not sure which episode; one with Prince Zuko (sp?) on a ship and his uncle tells the crew why he's such a jerk and how The Fire King/Lord/whatever is an *beep* for still fighting his own son.
