Spoiler: About the Ending .....

Well, ... Lesser finished the book.

The end kinda' sucked. What happens with Lesser's book? What happens with Willie Spearmint/Bill Spear's writings?

It would have been better if the movie eluded to both writer's writings ending up somewhere other than in a trash can (Bill's) & in a type writer (Lesser's). To see them being read by a human or possibly published and in book form would have made a better conclusion IMO. They could have gone anywhere/in any direction with the writings really. It's a shame they left it as it was.

This movie's ending was sort of like 'Just 2 guys dead in an abandoned apartment building, like thousands of other dead guys in abandoned apartment buildings'. To watch the movie and be so involved with the characters only to see them end up as anonymous dead guys pissed me off.

I have been obviously spoiled by the famous 'Hollywood Ending' - LOL!
