Will Liang Lui Chia Return For The Sequel?

This legend was perfect as Fu and I just dont' see how they could replace him. I'm not worried about his age stopping him but it looks like he's taking on his own project next. He's already proclaiming his next movie that he will be directing "Heroes of Shaolin" will be the greatest martial arts movie of all time. I just don't see how he can do both. Last I heard SS 2 will begin filming later this year. I hope it works out that he can be in the sequel cause it wouldnn't be the same without him.

I hope too, but i think he can do both films this year. Just look how many projects Tsui announced for this year (http://www.wu-jing.org/News.php). He's absolutely crazy if he wants to do that all at once.

but then again, i can't see that Liang would make all planned 7th films. At this slow pace if they want to make so many sequels they'll be making them for the next 15 years.

I think that the second Seven Swords will begin pre-production early the next year. The actors and director are currently stuck on their own projects so we can not expect that they'll begin shooting SS 2 exactly like they predicted. The sooner the better, of course.

Hopefully he'll be responsible for the action choreography too.
