Music

Does anyone know where to find what music was used in this episode? Or, does anyone know what song that was that was played at the very end, during the final scene? Thanks for any help.

It's the same music they used to end "Master and Commander." It's by Luigi Boccherini, and the title is "La musica notturna delle strade di Madrid, no. 6 pous 30". Hope that helps! It's a great tune.

Bach violin solo (Holmes plays after Imogen is taken) - unknown

First waltz at the ball - Frühlingsstimmen, Op. 410 (Voices of Spring) - Johann Strauss II

Second waltz - unknown

Music over the end and closing credits - La Musica Notturna Delle Strade di Madrid No. 6 Op. 30 - Boccherini

If you want the first waltz, there is a nice collection of Strauss waltzes from EMI Classics, performed by the Wiener Johann Strauss Orchestra.

Incredible the depth of knowledge there is available on the internet. I too wanted to know the name of the final music. I heard it on 'Master & Commander' and was dissapointed to find it not on the soundtrack CD.

So thank you everyone who took the time and trouble to answer this question.
