It's a short film about two mascots outside their stores. Dildo man (the testicles are his sidekicks) is outside the sexshop he works at, a clown is outside the icecream shop (I think) he works at and they compete through dance moves and stuff for coolness.

I haven't seen it in a while, so I'm not sure if I'm right on all of the plot.

It's actually quite amusing, lol.
