I just watched the trailer, it looked hilarious. Question, though, how were they allowed to show all of that (ie, the completely sheer shirts, a topless woman turned around, and partial buttocks)???

Have you never seen a "red" trailer?

Nah, I know those, that wasn't, though, right? At least, I didn't think so.
share"red band trailers" are truly only "red band" trailers if they are shown in a movie theater and the MPAA rates the trailer as "R."
If they are shown on the internet, where there is at least a little semblance of age-restriction, and/or where the trailer doesn't have to be cut to conform to MPAA guidelines in order to be shown in a theater, it's not truly a "red band trailer." But of course I'm just being nit-picky and harping on technicalities.
