Hard time believing the subject was straight!

I tried to watch this film again, it was on a few days ago on IFC. The main problem I had with this film was, I found it difficult to believe the subject was straight, Caveh Zahed pinged off the charts.

I guess Caveh Zahed is one of those str8 men who can be mistaken for gay?

I found it quite sad that so many women put up this guy's non-stop self absorbed nonsense, I guess there must be a huge shortage of str8 men out there, that's why so many str8 women will put up with anything so they can tell their friends and family they have a "boyfriend" or are in a relationship.

Besides being a sex addict, Caveh came across an annoying and generally obnoxious human being. He wasn't even likable enough to understand why a woman would put up with his sex addiction nonsense.

Men like this guy need to date women who are just like them, IE: people who want to have sex with more than one person. These types of men shouldn't get women involved in their spoiled childish behavior and lack of self control. There is no way people who require a lot of sex with many different partners can have successful relationships, unless they seriously and finally deal with their addiction.

As many people have stated here, after a while, this film became very tedious and predictable.

You have to wonder why the subject's girlfriends, and wives, put up with this jerky guy for so long. IIRC, he stated one relationship lasted over 3 years! A woman with any sense of self esteem would have dumped him in 3 weeks or 3 months at the most!

I guess there are a lot of women with low self esteem issues?

This film wasn't very entertaining nor was it very funny, I guess it serves as a lesson about who NOT to date and what our own personal limits are re putting up with other people's self absorbed nonsense.

Kind of a Woody Allen knock off. And yes he does seem a bit fay.
Amanda Henderson as the drunk girlfriend was a truly great actress and Rebecca Lord was goo to(and incredibly beautiful).
Also he goes around sexually assaulting the massage parlor receptionists but plays it off as a gag.
Just icky and self absorbed.

IIRC, someone posted here that the actress Amanda Henderson, who played the drunk girlfriend, was actually an alcoholic in real life. Sadly, we don't know if she was actually acting drunk or being herself throughout the film.
