Maybe I missed the last finger, but why is it called Five Fingers when only four of his fingers are cut off?

1. After the game of Chess with the paper cutter.
2. By Aicha with the pruning shears.
3. By Aicha with the knife.
4. I don't really remember but when they opened the box it only had four fingers in it.

The fifth finger was the proverbial middle finger which he continued to give to his interrogators throughout the film during his ordeal. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :)

Weren't two fingers cut off together? When Aicha started sawing them slowly...
