i just saw a movie aamir,its very nice and i just came to know that it had been ripped of from this cavite.
if anyone had seen the both,do tell which version is better.the ratings for this movie here is pretty bad.

There is nothing wrong with the original person but theres something wrong with your comprehensive power and english reading capabilities.
The article says that script was written before Cavite had a release not that it was copyrighted. Another thing, it doesn't matter if Cavite had a release or not, if the synopsis or plot summary is online (and in this day and age its quite easy to find one), you can base your entire script on that.
I m sorry to burst your Aamir bubble but it is a blatant copy of Cavite. You can be happy that you liked Aamir and thats your opinion. Two people coming up with the exact same concept, with same plot lines at the same time? Yeh right!
common people in India have so little exposure to foreign films that its easy to plagiarize a good movie and pass it off as original and take credits for it.

shareI have yet to see Cavite, but I saw Aamir and I must say it is a very well made movie.
Only later did I find out that Aamir is literally like a frame by frame copy of Cavite and I was very disappointed in Bollywood again.
Still, watch Aamir just to see a very good clone of Cavite.
