Video Game?
In one of the DVD featurettes it said that Venom was supposed to be a video game called "Backwater" and the killer was called Jingles. Is this true?
shareyes it was supposed to be a game by atari or something and i cant remember exact details of if it did come out or not but i did read the story in fangoria i'll have to go back and look into it.
shareso i found the article and it says they still plan to release the game soon and the gave the game pitch to kevin williamson and him and the weinsteins thought it would make a cool game,the original game story was you go form level to level and kill the evil tow truck driver but every time you did he came back to life on another level his name was jangles because the key chain he carried jingled and jangled everytime you hear it in the game you knew he was creeping up,anyway thats more than you wanted to know but at least it answers your question!cheers mate
