Personally, i watch channel ten news at 6-7, since it's no-nonsense unlike sunrise, but isn't depressing like today. It gets to the point. Then, if i dont have to leave the house till later, i would probably listen to radio, though a good breakfast program on that medium is also hard to find.

i like to watch sunrise its a nice friendly show that u dont have to sit down and watch it all u can go and come ... i usally only watch 5mins anyway because i time my mornings just right only up fro 15mins and am out the door so i just watch sunrise when eating breaky .... jega maybe u could time ur mornings better save being up at 6am!!! watch some more late night tv shows networks hide some of there best shows up late like acooring to jim, still standing, less then perfect and scrubs just to name a few.
sharei only one i like up their is scrubs, though less than perfect does try a little harder for their laughs, i would put arrested development up their too. I have uni, and the earliest i wake up is 20 past, but the last thing i want is to feel nuasea after mel keeps harping on bout how she loves her kids. I dont hate the show, i just dont know how one breakfast show like sunrise with annoying hosts can be so loved, while another w/ annoying hosts like today can be so hated.
