You ever see something that's so embarrassing, that you feel embarrassed yourself on behalf of the person or people you're watching? I get that feeling everytime i see Sunrise. Not the news reports as such, kudos to those being informative and decent. But any light hearted comedic fun shine they try to put on segment or topic is like watching your parents do stand-up or that funny uncle at a barbeque. Monique is a hottie and so too is Nat, but even their pretty faces can't help me from shuddering when Kochy or another one says something rediculously unfunny or has an attempt at physical comedy. It's just so bad. Surely a friend or maybe one of their kids could tell them not to act like that on national tv.

Or maybe this show only appeals to the mature bogan demographic?
