Hey Everyone,
Just wondering if there is anywhere i can see episodes of Stromberg with English Subtitles. My Germans pretty sloppy but I'd really like to see this show... and understand it!! lol

i fear you won´t get the chance.

it´s made for german tv, and there are many sentences which ain´t really translationable (does that word exist?), i think (but maybe they all are, my english is too "sloppy" for judging it 100%(lol)).

but i read that it´s modelled at (? on?) "the office" from england. maybe that one could be a consolation for you?

How can I get a copy of this in the USA? My German is ok...and will it have German subtitles (i know thats odd). I cant track it down

There are DVD Sets for the Complete 1st and 2nd Season out, which you can buy under www.amazon.de
(Don't know about subtitles though)
The Complete Third Season /and probably the last/ will come out on March 24th.

Usually DVDs have subtitles in the same language as the movie is, for people who cannot hear.

Stromberg is the best comedy i ever have seen. Lurchi for president :D

go watch the original office (uk) or the (also very funny) adapted us office. don't watch this poorly copied cheap crap. here in germany they pretend to be their original. it stinks big time!!!
although first season was good, they copied LITERALLY complete jokes and dialog from the uk office and selled it as their own. 2nd and 3rd season are just plain awful and ridiculous.
the makers had virtually no own ideas, so they copied.
the us remake was at first also copying, but while that one had found its own (good) direction and character, stromberg just didn't move on. go watch quality!

hi, could u tell me name of uk comedy series? may be your german isn't good enough to understand stromberg!?! then i feel sorry for u. i've seen us office, poor, silly, not funny! and just to compare it with stromberg is a joke!!!

Stromberg himself is funny, but the rest of the cast is lame. US office has several characters that carry the show and are hilarious in each their own way!
