does anybody know who the voice of the bagpipe teacher is in this one? it sounds so familiar

He had a Scottish accent, right? Wish I knew, but I'm afraid not. Unfortunately, the show never credited guest voices in its earlier episodes. They only started doing so later on.

I was wondering that myself. The voice reminds me so much of Billy Connolly. But, I couldn't see anything where he might have guest-voice on the episode. It "bugs" me that I can't figure this out. LOL

The things one does not see are often the most wonderous things.
