That's exactly what I came here to say. Spiderus is creepy.
shareThey are (well, especially him)--but that's part of what makes them so utterly AWESOME! 8D They're my favorite characters, along with their children (Belladonna, Poison Ivy, & Mandrake.) The first episode I ever caught was a Spiderus one, and he intrigued me so much that I had to start watching the show (with which I totally fell in love!) So he's the Snape of this show, really. ;) And the incomparable Tony Jay really made him an unforgettable character. I absolutely love him and Spindella! <33 Their designs are so unique and interesting (and Della's color scheme is amazing. She's beautiful.) The Reeves triplets are even a realistic blend of their parents' colors. :3

Although I love him, I can understand where he could be scary for kids, and still creepy for adults. His face reminds me of Forte from Beauty & the Beast's Enchanted Christmas, whom is another character I've always adored but acknowledged the scariness of, haha. And they both have iconic, often villainous voice actors (Tony Jay and Tim Curry...*le drool* XD)
