What is Bounce?

The little blue two-legged, no-armed bug...any clue as to what sort of bug he's supposed to be? My husband and I can't figure it out!

He's a bedbug...not a realistic one, though. ;)

Bounce or Pupuce as he is known in French is a flea. Puce in French literally translates to flea.

They say he is a bed bug but what I came to say was that in the episode No-See-Um is Believin'! Squirt finds a no-see-um and they all think he has an imaginary friend when she doesn't speak up when he brings her home... They show her at the very end of the episode and lmbo! but she looks more like a bed bug than Bounce does!!!
