I watched Part 1 last night on TV, but I'm not going to be able to watch Part 2 and I want to know what happens. Like, we got up to the part where they were in the boat, trying to stop the leak and Jack Davenport (phwoar) aims at them and then it cut. Please tell me!

Haven't seen it in a while, but I'll try to remember... Let's see... They get cornered on the beach, but Clarke and his gang catches up on them, and as they leave, Sam, the young guy, is left behind (thanks to Mary), caught and hanged. They get to the colony, which name I can't remember, live there for a while before getting caught. The only ones who make it is Mary and two others. Will gets killed. The three remaining survivors are sent to England, Clarke going with them. Mary's two children dies of some disease on the journey. When they get back to England, Mary becomes somewhat of a heroine in the media, being called the "girl from Botany Bay", and they're set free. Mary returns to Cornwall, and the story ends with Mary walking down a green slope on the coast. The End. I'll get back to you with the names of those who survived.
