And they STILL jacked it up.....

It's nautical horror. NAUTICAL HORROR! That's like the slam dunk, can't miss, broadside of a barn subject of horror! The open ocean, the mystery of the deep sea, surrounded by an environment we can't survive in and constantly at the whims of nature. Hell, 9/10ths of the work is done for you. Just add some dialog that is semi-reasonable, compose a plot that doesn't trip over itself and kick it off a cliff!
And still, somehow, they managed to make a movie that begs on its hands and knees to be put out of its misery by Mike, Crow and Servo.....
Sigh....
