Did anyone read them after the movie? Who they thanked was kind of cute. I think they told us to eat pie at Valentino's or something. I dunno. Kinda random but I was just wondering.

Most of those businesses at the end of the film were central to the town of Montevideo which the movie was shot in and around. One of the owners of Valentino's taught Alex Kingston and Elizabeth Reaser to make pie from scratch, and provided the prop pies for the film. Thus... eat pie at Valentino's. Unfortunately I don't remember all the businesses in Montevideo that helped out with the making of the film, but everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and this was just a way to try and give back some of that kindness.

What Valentino's are they talking about do you know? I was just at the Valentino's in S. St. Paul. I love MN!

Many of the businesses in the credits are on the main drag of Montevideo, MN. Simply head due west from the Twin Cities for about 2.5 hours, then have some pie.
