Im trying to read up on what happend in the end because I had to leave..
I last saw the bit where Maggie Gyllenhall was meeting the head of the kids publishing company and was so nervous she spat her water all over her.
I wasnt that into the film but would like to know what happend in the end.. quick rounding up is fine.. thanks
Looks like you were more in the middle of the film when you left.
Other reviews state how predictable the movie was. It was basically two
"boy has girl, boy loses girl, boy gets girl back" stories in parallel.
So you have a roundup of what happened.
At the point you left, both splitups were in progress, and everyone was being tempted to have affairs, or had started them. Maggie and the editor ... the editor was a lesbian, not interested so much in Maggie's book as in the swimsuit picture that Crudup had talked her into sending.
