Remake of MY WIFE IS AN ACTRESS (?)...

I vividly remember reading an interview during the '03 Oscar season with Julianne Moore where she said she and her husband both loved Yvan Attal's MY WIFE IS AN ACTRESS, which featured Charlotte Gainsbourg as the wife/actress. I consider TRUST THE MAN to obviously be inspired by it, kind of a vanity project for the couple.
