The restaurant fight scene.
I've rarely seen a better martial arts scene in my life than that restaurant fight scene where Tony goes up all those flights of stairs, fighting his was to the top.
Excellent stuff.
Did you know that scene broke the record for longest continuous shot? Notice how it never cut to another camera? The one camera follows him all the way up the stairs. Pretty amazing when you think about it.

A 4 minute shot is nothing spectacular.
A 4 minute shot with continuous fighting and a crapload of stunts, however, is.
It was pretty much the only good thing about this movie.
