this film is NOT about gore. its a dark, demented, and upsetting look at the neighbor from hell.

it has:

slow poisoning
diarrhea
facial swelling
scabs, and associated skin afflictions
vomiting
scab eating
digital penetration of an infected wound
a dead and gutted cat
self mutilation
organ removal
spitting into another persons mouth

the film isnt all that violent. it is harrowing, and dark beyond most horror films

the film doesnt try to scare you, but drop you into a rotten offal pit of depravity, and obsession

its slow, deleberate, bleak and unsettling

if you want gore, go elsewhere
