Boring and stupid

I bought this piece of crap because the moderator of the audio commentary, who posts on DreadCentral.com, said that this was one of the sickest horror movies ever made.
I watched it. Twice.
This movie is very low budget D-List garbage that you would see on the USA network at two in the morning.
It is not scary, it is not disturbing, it is not interesting, and the acting is terrible.
And the scenes that are supposed to be "graphic" and "shocking" are just lame, but with good makeup effects.
The only good thing that I can say about this movie is that the makeup/gore effects in the last 15 minutes are very well done. The special effects/makeup guy rocks.
Otherwise do not waste 90 minutes of your life watching this uninspired dreck.
Boo.

I'm with ya man. I rented it cuz the cover had a quote saying "the most disturbing scenes ever put to film." Either the author is inexperienced or it's an outright lie.

Completely agree. It got an extremely rare 5 out of 5 review on DreadCentral (from reviewer Paul McCannibal, who I'll be wary of in the future since we disagree so strongly on this film) but I'd give it a 1 out of 5, and that's only for the special effects. There were two or three "funny because they're so cheesy" lines, but the acting is dreadful outside of the lead female protagonist, there are some gigantic plot holes (apparently all of the houses have front yard spigots that allow someone to pump poison into the water supply?--one house having it is unbelievable enough, but all of them?; the police refuse to even look inside the location of a breaking and entering?; the neighbors STILL don't think Adrien's dangerous despite saying "YOU'RE NEXT, *beep* and unplugging the power to a stroke victim's respirator, literally, right in front of them?) and there's really no suspense or horror to speak of.

I love horror/thriller/slasher/gore-hound-approved movies, and I can definitely enjoy very low-budget indie productions (Easter Bunny, Kill! Kill! comes to mind immediately), but I can't recommend this to anyone.
