Can anyone help me some English conversation of Carlos in a ball game?

If Mr.thienpont or anyone who can help or still remember English conversation when Mr.Carlos speaks English, please help me because I am not good at listening. The sentence is below.

The first sentence, when he says"...We are talking economic power, you must be talking about "economic or academic" power you don't even have..." (Please write this whole sentence for me).

The second sentence, "...ending up being (to be) on one guard..." He says "guard", right? But the next word when Nieves is translating Carlos's English to Fernando, Carlos adds in Spanish under English subtitles of "stocktaker". Is "stocktaker" the same implication as "guard" in a former sentence?

The third sentence, I am not so sure this whole sentence since beginning. "...performace with peeping" Please write this whole sentence for me from the beginning.

The fourth sentence, "...topless sweet..." What does he say in a whole sentece?

By the way, if anyone (spanish people) understands what both Serano Hamo and Iberian Macho mean. I quite don't exactly understand their meanings of these two words, during the ball game. But I know that Iberian Macho has something to do with bathroom when Fernando and Nieves do something together.

Iberian Macho means that all the spaniards and portuguese include (I'm portuguese) believe that they are great lovers.

"Macho ibérico" implies much more than sex performance, in Spain at least.

It tries to describe a stereotype of a proud, "machoistic" Spaniard with no respect for women and over-fed self-steem.
Fernando is portrayed as an extreme case of the sterotypical Spaniard and he also is quite chovinistic which matches very well with the expression as well.

Here are the sentences:

1. "...we are economic power, you must be talking about A KIND OF power you don't even have. We have the lowest unemployment in the entire European Union."

2. "He always wanted to be a broker, and ended up being a wanker." It has a bit of a double meaning...could be a "jerk-off" as they translate later on, but "wanker" is also British slang for being a loser or other negative connotation. This is referring to what Carlos saw Fernando doing in the bathroom stall. Wanker does not have the same meaning as stocktaker, really; basically Carlos is insulting Fernando.

3. "Here's another. We don't mistake performance with peeping." There are some more jokes about peeping.

4. It's hard to understand Carlos here, but it sounds like he says, "Oh God...next he'll be talking about the topless tourists..." (because Fernando says Spain is Europe's biggest tourist destination, as one of his financial advantages of Spain).
