Mezzo the tv series!

I don't know if anybody knew this, but there is a sequel of sorts to Mezzo forte. It's a 2-disc, 10 episode long series called simply "Mezzo." It's really off the wall, wacky stuff. Mikura and the rest of the DSA take dangerous jobs involving all sorts of crazy madness. There's ghosts, aliens and superhuman japanese fighting chicks, all within the first 2 episodes! i rented it on acciddent through Netflix thinking that it was the OAV Mezzo forte, but i haven't seen it anywhere else. definately a must-see!

yeah i saw the series for sale at best buy. it was like 7 buck for the first volume, 12 for the second and the third was still regular price. my concern was if there was any plans to release a directors cut. only reason i ask is

1) they made a director's cut of the movie "not suitable for kids."

2) adv has a habit of later on releasing director's cut later on like samurai x aka ruroni kenshin...." i know i spelled it wrong"... and neon genesis.

As I understand it no.

If I understand things correctly mezzo forte was originally "not suitable for kids" but production values and plot merited releasing it to a bigger market so a cut down version was released. The TV-series on the other hand was originally meant for a wider audience and has no objectionable material.

the Uncut Mezzo Forte has two sex scenes, two GRAPHIC sex scenes, as in enough to classify it as hentai. Anyway she gets screwed in her dream by her two partners and then her android clone gets screwed when they have her hostage.

Well, hentai is usually animated sex... so... yeah it would count as hentai

Whats to whine about, grown men watching cartoons shouldn't be alienated to the idea of watching erotic material.

In our country we have 3 DVDs on sale already (not including the original "Mezzo forte"). The reviews of those who watched it can be described in one word: marvellous.

Damn, I missed that? In the cut version she just wakes up from a bad dream about Kenichi holding her in bed. It is kind of unnecessary considering that through the whole series there doesn't even appear to be sexual tension between any of them.
