Why not countersue Monsanto?

Why don't farmers countersue Monsanto for "CONTAMINATION" of their fields and crops with Monsanto's genetic engineered seeds? It's obvious that Monsanto's seeds are unwanted and out of control in spreading onto their private land and crops.

The FDA and the EPA are two government agencies should be eliminated. There should be laws that completely ban the activities of lobbyists and congressional members to accept campaign donations from private companies.
