What I don't get...
...is why there wasn't an outcry about this film and the fact that SJP's character is deceiving men into falling for her. For money.
Don't women get a bad enough rap for being manipulative, when they are honestly just trying to get a mate, without having some film glorify what is in reality an escort service she is providing, without acknowledging it to herself. She may not normally sleep with her "clients" but she is playing the role.
