Would Zinaida Have Been Arrested At the End?

So she shot Stalin's son, but then we have no idea what happens after that, as it just ends. Would she have been arrested, or did they not know who shot him?

In the book she shoots him openly in a crowd rather than hidden behind a partition so I guess she would have been caught.
