Was Gon stronger than Killua at the end?
Was he? Or would we even know? I think Gon is the kinda character who isn't the most skilled, but when it comes down to it he will win (Like Naruto or Ichigo).

Killua is stronger IMO because of his years of training and the fact that he and Gon trained for pretty much the same amount of time so he has all that other training from before he met Gon. I think that Killua hasn't even shown all his capabilities yet. Who knows what the Zoaledyk's taught him.
That's why I love this Anime. The main characters do not always win and they don't always use the same few moves. Also, people actually die and sometimes even the main characters do the killing.
It's deep and meaningful BUT it's also soo awesome to watch. Not dry or boring at all and it's flawlessly directed and edited (after ep. 5). Top quality Anime.
eh they are roughly even in the last chapter of the manga, but ultimatley like classical shounen i imagine gon will be at least slightly stronger than killua
