*spoiler question*

A friend has sent me the odd episode, and it seems pretty good (and very strange). I was very intrigued with the relationship (if that's what you'd call it) between Lola and Dudley. I'm going travelling for a few months, and won't be able to see any reruns or watch the dvd, so I was wondering if someone could give me a rundown on what happened with the two of them? Last I saw, Dudley was calling Lola's mother to tell her Lola was in trouble.

Thanks in advance to any replies.

Heya,

I've only just started watching it myself and here's where i'm up to:

Lola's mum arrived and starts taking Dudley's side and saying he didn't force her to be a lapdancer and sell sex to Shirley so Lola storms off where she bumps into Shirley who says he wants her to dance for a manic Swedish murderer and she, being all upset and rejected like, agrees.

When they get to the club (Dudley folows her by the way) the evil Swedish guy says he doen't want her to dance for him, he wants to do it with her (in less then charming words) and gives her some vodka while he goes and taunts other members of the club. Carter arrives, as does the mayor, while Lola get very drunk. Shirley offers to let Lola go as he only wanted her to dance for him and things are getting out of hand, but she drunkenly taunts him and says she's looking forward to it now.

Carter is worried about Lola, and she is dragged off in front of all of them by the evil murdering Swede to a small room. In the small room she gets really frightened and says she is sick and wants to leave but the guy hits her with his gun, knocking her on the floor, she tries to crawl away as he laughs. She then grabs his gun and points it at him, he laughs at her and shout boo which makes her flinch and fire the gun into his head. Twice.

Everyone comes into the room, seeing the dead body. The mayor suggests they shoot her and say she killed herself after seeing what she'd done but Carter says he can arrange the body to be dumped.

Carter, Dudley and Lola then take the body to the taxidermist who cleans up all the blood etc. and makes him look normalish. Dudley then gets all scared and runs off back to the b&b, leaving Carter and Lola alone with the dead guy.

After attaching rollerskates to his feet, the two set off and put him on a fairground ride where he gets his picture taken and put in his pocket. Then they throw him into the sea and leave his clothes by the pavement (so it'd look like he went for a quick swim and drowned)

The dead Swedish guy's murderous, evil brother comes into town so the mayor tells him his brother drowned and shows him the photo of him having a great time on the fairground rides. The evil guy buys it, but Connie is unsure and is worried Lola will go to the police, putting her and her unborn child in danger and orders Shirley to deal with Lola.

Shirley takes Lola to an alleyway and orders her to get out of the car...

And thats as far as i've got in the series, i'll update next week if someone with the DVD hasn't done so already.

And I'm back again. Hello!!

Ok, after Shirley takes Lola to the alleyway he pulls out a gun and points it at her face [insert gasp here] and says she's unstable and Dudley told him that she's a goody-goody and would go to the police. Lola tells him that wasn't true and she's fine and offers him sex in favour for her life but he tells her he doesn't want her but drives her back to the b&b and gives her the keys to her house back and says she's free to go.

When she gets in, she gives Dudley the keys and he says he wants to start a new life with her but she tells him she isn't going anywhere after he told Shirley she'd go to the police. He denies this but she packs her bags and storms down the stairs of the b&b where Carter is threatning the b&b owner (forgot his name)and when Carter leaves she follows him outside and asks him to take her with him.

He does. And the two go looking for Van Kneck and find him and Carter threatens him, then they go looking for someone else and go to a hotel.

They talk in the hotel, mainly about Dudley and why Carter ran out on the dance Lola was giving him. Carter states he doesn't want to talk and kisses Lola but she doesn't kiss him back and he apologizes. She then goes for a shower.

When she comes back out, Carter looks uncomfortable but Lola hugs him and then leans in to kiss him but the two men who put Carter in a sack and tried to torture him burst in and took them to a secluded spot on the beach (in the back of the car Lola and Carter held hands, it was really sweet) where they threatened to cut Lola's fingers off untill he gave them something. Then there was a struggle where the eldest kidnapper shot the other one who i think was his son.

Carter asks the bloke who sent him after them and he says it was Mercy.

Ok, in the last 2 episodes, nothing much happens in the way of Lola and Dudley.

Dudley leaves, returning by himself to his and Lola's house that he lost in the bet. And Lola stays with Carter.

Hope you enjoy your travelling.
