Maybe not as polished as Curb Your Enthusiasm, Fat Actress was highly underated. Next to Lucy, Kirstie is the funniest comedic actress ever. Sheer brilliance. I can't believe she isn't in more films or televison. Still, some will never get this type of humor so it doesn't surprise me when I read negative comments about the show. Thanks Kirstie for making me laugh.

Agreed. I bought the DVD last week and found it hilarious. She does have a different sense of humor but I love it. She's just not afraid to state the obvious in any situation. I really hope she does more stuff in the future.

I agree. This show is brilliant! I watched it when it was on Showtime, then I bought the DVDs. I loaned it and never got it back, and I bought them again! I've been watching it all the way through another time, and it still has me laughing. Kirstie, Rachael and Bryan are to be commended. And the supporting cast, too! Especially Jeff Zucker. I love that a network exec can do comedy like this.
I'm a Curb Your Enthusiasm fan, too. I own them all on DVD. But I want MORE KIRSTIE!!!!!! Please bring her back for another show. Her timing and humor are priceless.
I agree 100%! I am laughing from start to finish through every episode. I didn't realize I liked Kirstie Alley until I saw Village of the Damned. I didn't realize I loved her until I saw Fat Actress.
