Why is Retro-TV airing this?

I thought RTV was a Classic-TV station only! This is certainly not a classic tv-show, don't get me wrong, I like the show but I was just curious if anyone knew why!

We can DO IT ALLLL DAY LONG, (We'll have to pay more for the light bill if we do it at night!)
