Episode Help - The Family Friend Did It

Sorry if I've already posted this before, but I don't see this question anymore.

So I have been looking for this episode for years, and I'm hoping to find it.

It was a case where this really young little girl - couldn't have been older than 7 or 8 - was raped and killed. The suspect just left her body out in the open... in the girl's yard or something.

So investigators worked really hard on this case, and then, there was a huge plot twist. It was actually a long-time family friend that did it.

I know it's a long shot, but I want to see this episode again, because it was so shocking. It was either Cold Case Files or Forensic Files. Can't remember which.

Hey I'm not sure if this is the episode but this sounds like an episode of forensic files, its called "Sharper Image".. season 12 episode 1

Just watched that episode on YouTube. There's a possibility that "Sharper Image" *COULD* be the right episode. It's tough to say for sure, because I've seen SO many episodes. But it does look and sound familiar. Thank you!
