right lets get this vexed strait.

everything in this series ridicules me, my friends, and a lot more.

It IS important to be cool. It IS important to look diffrent.all my friendz think so too. you lot, like Chris Morris and that, cant appear to handle it. I know we are young and you are not.maybe that is the problem.

i felt bullied by this and ok, yea i cried. i have to where less flourescent clothes in my old town's center now and i wholly blame this. My friend Jonx used to were two hats, since this, guess what.one hat.thanks.

I wish i never saw this now and Xs Morris aint no-comedian!

i say whack it up to four. he might meet someone with three then how stupid would he look?

i've been known to wear the odd stupid clothed outfit and use ironic stupid slang, I've even got a stupid phone with stupid ring tone. but there is such thing as self deprocation and sense of humour. EVERYONE has a bit of barley in them somewhere.

WELL then that serves you right for being an idiot, eh? For putting fashion before intelligence, personality and by wearing whatever fashion mags tell you to wear no matter how ridiculous they look.

If you wanna be taken seriously, don't act and look so daft and try to be more 'real' because people like you are never real- people can see through your shallowness and laziness of focusing more on personality than looks and know that you live your life entirely based on looks. Vain people, male or female, who look good, will always get looked at in the street but underneath all that people can see you are a victim of the fashion society and you will automatically get disrespected. Dont judge a book by its cover, read whats in the pages and I get the impression you only pay attention to the cover.

Thank god for nathan barley.

Chris Morris is having a personal laugh at everyone.

to be honest I thought Morris was taking the piss in his usual exxagerated way ( paedophile disguised as a school vein) I didnt actually think people woulld walk round with loads of hats on and flip flops attached to heads. is it a London thing?

I now find myself questioning how under-exxagerated Nathan Barley actually is. Do people actually behave like this?

People behave exactly like this... it's called Indie. This show seriously just reminds me of Indies around London and how they dress in flouresant clothes etc. all looking like it belonged in the 80s to look 'COOL'. Also the 'mental' hair etc. Nathan Barley to me represents the state of many teenagers now days who find anything random funny.

This show is incredibly real to life for me.

but the fact still remains that this Nataniel Barley is a rude and crass rib punch to some of the most coolest and respected full time dreamers in the Dalston/Hackney region.

And for those of you that say "ooh, LondonGHIRL you're playing by the fashion rule book. I say: I wouldn't even know how to read it let alone follow one"
So the jokes on you.
And remember; there's only one "i" in fashion...and you need two to see right.

I was born in the Dalston/Hackney region. I got no problem at all with hipsters or scenesters, as long as they're as self-aware as I am. And you sound like a total pisstoaster.
