Why 5,6?

No one here is writing why this movie got such a low rating. There's gotta be some of you there hating, let us (insert) people hear you-

I'm a Brian Jones fan, but I agree. 5 or 6 is about right because this movie doesn't do him much justice. There's alot missing. It could have been alot better.

It's been a few years since I've seen this film, and I've largely forgotten it (not a good sign). But I voted 4 because it fell into standard biopic cliches of sex and drugs, without any attempt to capture Brian's talent and artistry before the other vices took control.

The Stones blocked their music from appearing in this film (I understand why), but without it, there's little point in making a Brian Jones biopic. The man deserves an honest film about his talent as well as his abuses -- or better yet, a documentary -- and maybe with the reopening of the death investigation, we'll finally get it.

I half-agree with the former post; it doesn't really give us any sense of why this guy was so interesting in the first place. But it's a fairly interesting movie, capturing the excess associated so much with the Stones in quite an interesting way. But it feels like half a movie to an extent; we see the fall, but we don't really get a sense of where he's falling from. Didn't know the Stones had blocked their music; found it amusing it was full of covers of famous Stones covers, if you know what I mean.

If I have to tell you again, we're gonna take it outside and I'm gonna show you what it's like!

It really had a lot of potential. I still liked it.

Personally, I don't believe this movie deserves 5,6. it's just very low! I think this movie at least deserves 6,0.
