movies within Pulp Fiction help!

I believe at least 3 other films/TV programs appear within Pulp Fiction, although not sure if these actually exist. The 1st is in Jack Rabbit Slim's, you'll notice b/w footage playing in the background as Mia and Vinent talk. It apears like a 50's street scene. Any idea what film this is? The second is the machine gun battle film Butch awakes to in the hotel room. Again, any help? Also, what about the children's program young Butch is watching in his scene. Any ideas? Thanks!
