Did The Lost Boys Open With Puffy ?

I recently met someone whom said he was a member of the Lost Boys Hip Hip Group, Rik Masseaux. He told me about some of his life and it got me intrested so I started looking up things about them online, unfortunatly I couldnt find much, I am not even sure what his band name was as they each had different names. He told me that he opened the VMAS I beleive it was back in 2004 with Puff Daddy because Puffy wanted to do one of there songs which they was happy to let him do. Anyways I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this or knows where I could find out more. Would appreciate anyones help here....
